Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BlueDuck Browser: Secure VPN (the "App") provided by VSEEK LIMITED ("VSEEK," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country or region. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VSEEK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful purposes.

You agree not to misuse the App. You may not use the App to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse networks, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
4. VPN and Network Services
VPN availability, speed, location options, and performance may vary based on network conditions, device settings, service capacity, and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or anonymous access in all circumstances.
5. Subscriptions and Paid Features
Certain features may require payment or a subscription. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed by the applicable app store or payment provider. You are responsible for reviewing the terms shown at purchase.
6. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Updates may be required for security, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, website, branding, interface, software, and related materials are owned by VSEEK or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSEEK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
12. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
