Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VSEEK LIMITED ("VSEEK," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with BlueDuck Browser: Secure VPN (the "App") and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as support messages, feedback, email address, and other information you choose to send to us.

We may also collect limited technical information that helps operate, protect, and improve the App, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, crash logs, diagnostics, connection status, and general performance data.

The App may create or use an app-generated device identifier to support account creation, subscription access, service reliability, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and customer support. This identifier is not intended to identify the websites or content you access through the VPN tunnel.

2. VPN and Browsing Data

BlueDuck Browser provides browser and VPN-related functionality using VPN/proxy tunnel technology. We do not collect, log, or store your browsing history, traffic content, DNS query content, messages, files, or the websites and services you visit through the VPN tunnel.

To provide and maintain VPN functionality, we may process limited technical information such as approximate country-level location for service availability and server selection, selected VPN node, connection attempts, connection status, connection duration, latency, app version, OS version, and basic diagnostic information.

This information is used only to provide VPN connectivity, select available servers, verify premium node access, troubleshoot connection failures, prevent abuse, maintain service quality, and improve reliability. We do not sell VPN usage data or use VPN traffic content for advertising.

3. Remote Configuration

The App may use remote configuration for operational settings and user experience tuning, such as startup timing values, version update messaging, default subscription plan selection, VPN connection timeout, retry values, and default VPN node selection behavior.

Remote configuration is not used to detect App Review, hide features, unlock undisclosed functionality, or change the App's core behavior for different users. The App's browser, VPN, subscription, settings, privacy, and terms features are visible in the App and described in App Store metadata.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the App, respond to support requests, improve performance, detect misuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service or policy updates.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, diagnostics, attribution, crash reporting, payment processing, app distribution, or VPN infrastructure. These providers may process limited information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

VPN traffic content and browsing activity are not shared with third parties. Limited technical and diagnostic data may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to operate VPN servers, Apple for in-app purchases and subscriptions, and analytics or crash reporting providers used to maintain app stability.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, payment transactions are processed by Apple or the applicable app store. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive limited subscription status information needed to unlock premium VPN nodes, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Because we do not log VPN traffic content, browsing history, DNS query content, or websites visited through the VPN tunnel, we do not retain those categories of VPN activity data.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may contact us to submit a privacy request.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by updating the effective date or providing in-app notice.
